Umi creation phase

Draft

Drafted status indicates that the Umi is currently in draft mode and not yet visible to vendors. During this phase, users have the freedom to make edits to their Umi as needed

Submitted

When in the submitted phase, the Umi has been submitted for review. Users, however, may no longer make edits. During this phase, the umi is not visible to vendors.

Approved

In the phase, Umi Umi has successfully undergone the necessary reviews and received approval. It is ready now to be listed and go Live

Approved with fee

In the Phase, Umi has successfully undergone review and received approval. However, before it can go Live, there are outstanding administrative fees that need to be paid.

Rejected

In the Rejected phase, the Umi has undergone a review process but, unfortunately, did not meet the necessary criteria for approval

Umi listing phase

Live

In the Live phase, the Umi listing process has been completed and is now actively visible to vendors. During this stage, vendors can access and interact with the Umi. Users may no longer make direct edits to the Umi as it is now considered finalized.

Requested

In the Assigned phase, the Umi has been matched with a suitable vendor, there is now an association between the Umi and the selected business or entity

Vendor Refused

In the Vendor Refused phase, the Umi is in a state where the user has declined or rejected a proposal submitted by a specific vendor.

Proposal

In the Proposal Available phase, There is a proposal availanble from a given Vendor to serve the relevant Umi.

Proposal Rejected

In the Vendor Rejected phase, users have declined or rejected a proposal from a specific vendor to serve their Umi.

Not Paid

In the Not Paid phase, the Umi is in a state where it is ready to be served, pending the final payment

Paid

In the Paid phase, the Umi has reached a stage where all payments are made and is now ready to be served by assigned vendor

Umi execution phase

Checked In

In the Checked-In phase, the Umi is actively in progress with the assigned vendor.

Umi completion Phase

Complete, Need Confirmatin

In the Completed, Need Confirmation phase, the vendor has flagged the Umi as complete, indicating that they have finished the designated tasks. However, the process requires confirmation from the user's end to ensure that the implementation aligns with their expectations and requirements.

Complete Confirmed

In the Completed phase, the Umi has reached a stage where the user has confirmed satisfaction with the vendor's work, signifying that the implementation process has been successfully concluded

Umi review Phase

Finished

In the Finished phase, the Umi implementation has been completed and review has been received from the user. The vendor is now expected to provide their reviews.

Require Review

In the Require Review phase, the user is prompted to provide feedback and reviews for the services delivered by the vendor in serving the Umi

Closed

All Reviewes Received and Umi is now Closed.
